Whichever option you choose, every page follows the same path: it is captured, prepared by AI and checked by you — then it is ready for analysis alongside your digital files.

Sign in to the app with your organization account, choose an existing project and photograph each page. Every capture is uploaded straight into that project — no scanner, no file transfers. Using the Digitization Lab? We handle this step for you.

Querya extracts the contents, renames each document according to your naming convention, adds tags and a summary, and assigns it to your folder structure — instantly available for analysis.

Check the extracted content against the original and correct any extraction errors. Then ask questions across your project and trace every finding back to its source.
Contracts in filing cabinets, handwritten records and bound registers hold information your AI cannot access yet. Once digitized, you can search their contents, compare them with other project documents and include them in your analysis.
