Alongside the industry, we are building a better foundation for real estate decisions. A future where property knowledge remains accessible, information can be traced to its source and every team can build on the work already done — throughout ownership and into the next transaction.
Development began at AGENTIC GmbH in 2025, with a clear focus on real estate. In early 2026, close collaboration with a family office and a real estate asset management firm brought investment, operational and transaction expertise directly into the product.
The first pilot properties put Querya into daily practice, with use expanding across multiple assets. Real projects continue to shape the platform, turning accumulated experience into practical capabilities for owners and sellers.
